ELEANOR'S YELLOW HOUSE I'm so proud that Eleanor asked for this for her new home.
This was a commission for my friends, Francine and Bill. They travelled on vacation to Mackinach Island in Michigan, and discovered this beautiful garden, hidden away. I was delighted to be asked to create this memory to hang on their wall.
1st DAY OF WINTER -- Granville Island in Vancouver, BC, an artist community with vendors, micro breweries and cozy waterfront restaurants. This one brings fond memories and hangs on our own wall.
DEER WATCHING i donated this fellow to the Swedish Museum the following year. He now resides with his new owners in the Poconos.
THE LAKE HOUSE This was a surprise gift to my friends, Barry and Winnie. The house had been in their family for generations as a summer home, but when they were preparing to retire, they customized it and added a second story, to make it their full time home. Thanks for the kind words, Barry and Winnie! What a gorgeous setting!
FISHIN' AT THE LAKE This was chosen by our granddaughter CARA to hang in her dorm room at college. It was a delight to know that she wanted one of Nana's paintings for her home away from home.
I donated this one, AUSTRIAN STREET MARKET to our annual Danish Club regional meeting for their fund-raiser, and the winner was Fran Cameron. It was a pleasure to present it to her.,
